December 30th, 2015 marks day one of my path to learn this software.  So far, so good.  It is my New Year's resolution at least grasp a basic understanding of the function and be able to produce the beautiful Sci-fi scenic fractals I see others do from scratch. If I do manage this goal 2 is to learn animation on both JWildfire and MDB3D.  We shall see what the year brings.

I have discovered, to my delight, a fractal flame program that I can actually figure out and use!  YAAA, JWildfire!

I spent part of day last Sunday at Oakland Cemetery here in Atlanta, GA.  If you are ever in the area, this is a great place to visit for photo shoots and inspiration.

I have recently decided to upgrade from using Paint Shop Pro (for many years and I love) to Photoshop CS6 with the special offer they have in place for CC at the moment.  With this jump comes a huge learning curve so to start down this path I have purchased a course online and spent last week watching Photoshop Week on Creative Live.  What an AMAZING event that was!  If you have not discovered Creative Live as of yet, you may want to check out the classes offered.  the great thing about it is, not only does it offer quality training over many subjects but if you watch the live broadcasts or on the many rebroadcasts they do, the classes are free!   I wish I had found them a long time ago.
